Ecoplug Energy India Limited Dealership Agreement
By applying for a dealership with Ecoplug Energy India Limited (EEIL), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: Applicants must be Indian nationals, at least 21 years of age, and possess a minimum educational qualification of 10th standard. Applicants must have no criminal record and must provide accurate information during the application process.
- Dealership Responsibilities: Dealers are responsible for operating and maintaining EV charging stations in accordance with EEIL's operational guidelines, ensuring reliable service, and promoting EEIL's brand standards.
- Property Requirements: Dealers must provide a suitable property (owned, leased, or proposed) that meets EEIL's specifications for EV charging station installation, including commercial zoning and accessibility requirements.
- Financial Obligations: Dealers are responsible for initial setup costs, ongoing operational expenses, and any applicable lease payments. EEIL will provide cost estimates during the approval process.
- Training and Support: EEIL will provide initial training and ongoing technical support for charger maintenance and operation. Dealers must participate in mandatory training programs.
- Non-Exclusive Agreement: The dealership is non-exclusive, and EEIL may establish additional dealerships in the same geographic area.
- Termination: EEIL reserves the right to terminate the dealership agreement in case of non-compliance with operational standards, failure to meet performance metrics, or breach of contract.
- Confidentiality: Dealers must maintain confidentiality of EEIL's proprietary information, including technical specifications and business strategies.
- Liability: EEIL is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from the operation of the dealership, except as required by law.
- Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Alwar, Rajasthan.
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. EEIL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to dealers.
